A. Account & Authentication Data
- Mobile Number: Collected solely for secure authentication via OTP (One-Time

B. Transaction Data
- Purchase History: Records of in-app credit pack purchases, including pack name,
credits added, and transaction timestamps, stored securely to maintain your credit balance. We do
not store your credit card, bank details, or any financial information; all payments are handled
securely by Apple.
- Credit Balance: Your current credit count is stored to manage your usage of the
guidance feature.
C. Spiritual Guidance Queries (Third-Party AI Service)
- Questions: When you ask for spiritual guidance, your question is sent to our
secure backend, which then transmits it to third-party AI service providers (DeepSeek and
OpenAI) to generate a response. We do not store or retain your questions or the
generated guidance responses on our servers. The guidance is delivered to your device
in
real time and is not persisted after the session ends.
- What Data Is Sent: Only the text of your spiritual question is sent to the
third-party AI service. No personal identifiers (such as your mobile number, display name,
or device ID) are sent to the AI service provider.
- Who Receives Your Data: Your question is processed by DeepSeek
(deepseek.com) and/or OpenAI (openai.com). These third-party AI
providers
may process your query according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their

- Firebase Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data such as app feature usage,
session duration, and user engagement patterns to understand how our App is used and to improve the
experience.
- Firebase Crashlytics: We collect anonymized crash reports including device model,
iOS version, and stack traces to identify and fix bugs and improve app stability.

LifeGuru uses third-party artificial intelligence services (DeepSeek and OpenAI) to
generate spiritual guidance responses to your questions.
User Consent: Before your first question is sent to our AI service providers, the App
will display a clear consent prompt asking for your permission to share your question with third-party
AI services. You may choose to decline, in which case the guidance feature will not function. You can
change this preference at any time within the App Settings.
What Is Shared: Only the text of your question is shared. No personally identifiable
information (name, phone number, device ID, or email) is ever transmitted to DeepSeek or OpenAI.
Data Retention by Third Parties: Please refer to DeepSeek's and OpenAI's privacy
policies for information on how they handle data submitted to their APIs. We have configured our
integration to minimize data retention wherever possible.
📢 5. Advertising
LifeGuru displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including rewarded video ads
that allow you to earn free guidance credits. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve
relevant ads.
- iOS Ad Tracking: We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
You will be prompted for consent before any tracking for ad personalization occurs.
- Non-Personalized Ads: If you opt out of tracking, you will still see ads, but they
will not be personalized based on your data.
- Rewarded Ads: You may voluntarily watch rewarded video ads to earn free credits. No
additional data is collected during this process beyond standard ad interaction metrics.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service
providers:
- Google Firebase: For authentication (OTP), secure database hosting (Cloud
Firestore), crash reporting (Crashlytics), and usage analytics (Firebase Analytics).
- Apple: For processing In-App Purchase payments for credit packs.
- Google AdMob: For serving advertisements within the App, subject to Google's

- DeepSeek & OpenAI (Third-Party AI Services): Your spiritual questions are sent to

occurs after obtaining your explicit consent. No personal identifiers are shared with these

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission using TLS/SSL protocols.
- Secure cloud infrastructure powered by Google Firebase.
- Authenticated API calls using Firebase ID tokens.

- All AI service API calls are made server-to-server with encrypted transmission.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee

only while your account is active.

not stored on our servers. They exist only during your active session.

App Settings. Upon confirmation, all your personal data — including your profile, purchase history,
and credit balance — will be permanently removed from our servers immediately.
- Irreversible: Once your account is deleted, all associated data is purged and
cannot be recovered.
