1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Inheritx Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Rise 2 Shine application (the "App") on iOS/iPadOS devices. By accessing the App, you verify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.
2. Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
Our App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. By downloading the App from the Apple App Store, you agree to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
3. Account Registration & Security
- Authentication: You agree to provide a valid mobile number for authentication purposes via OTP (One-Time Password).
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4-digit parental passcode. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Representations
By using the App, you verify that:
- All registration information you submit (e.g., mobile number) is true and accurate.
- You are the legal parent or guardian of any child profiles you create within the App.
- You will not access the App through automated or non-human means.
5. Subscription Terms ("Rise 2 Shine Premium")
We offer auto-renewing subscription options via Apple In-App Purchase to unlock full access to the App's features. The specific pricing and duration of the subscription plans are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
Important Billing & Renewal Information:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.
- No Cancellation of Current Period: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
- Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to this publication, where applicable.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via the App settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
